That BOI birdwatcher was actually the president of the Galveston Autobon Society (Birdwatching conservation group). He was let off the hook but had to move because of death threats telling him that he would "find himself in the scope of a .22".
As for the cats, light 'em up. Those things kill more pounds of animals than any other predator on earth. Plus I am allergic to them
When was the last time you saw a cat retriveing a duck, sniffing out a bomb, or leading a blind man around?

It was terrible what happened to that guy
-he had to move, spend thousands on attorney's fees-all because those 2 thieves in that booth. They are/were paid to take tolls, not feed stray, feral cats on county time and they tried many many times to short change me. I fail to understand why no receipts either-I would ask them for one and they'd say "No receipts" that's why I made the comment about them being the richest county employees in the state-"Lemme see here now, one for the county, two for me, one for the county, two for me". I got so mad, I called the county and asked for the auditor-never got through-guess I should have sent a letter. How much money you think the Harris County Toll attendants would take if they didn't have receipts to give and no camera or counter counting cars? That's why I want their job-sheeet I can retire in 5 years!!!
