Sorry sorry, my dyslexia is kicking in early this morning, mid 70's was the phase out and 1980 was the last run of amber eyes.

They started to phase them out in the mid 60's and discontinued the "amber" eyes completely in 1970!

I have some of the rubberbacks but never caught anything on them. Lots of old mirrorlures, few corkies and even more tops.

I don't use mirrorlures as much as I use two, but have caught many a trout on them.

Yep , I know the pictures from my IPhone aren't that good . My camera pictures may have turned out better but I think everyone has had enough of me . If there are some lures you want a better look at I can use the camera and see if it turns out better . You want a better picture of the morning glory one ?

I remember my dad used to have some of the 51s in that pink herring bone looking pattern. Seemed like it was one of the only lures he really threw. He's more of a bait kinda guy.
