We had a trophy made up but somebody "jacked" it, seems fitting somehow..

You'll have to settle for fame and glory bro.

Problem is i usually hoard worthless carp . I should audition for the reality show about hoarders . " hoarders " ....the fisherman series .

Well , paul brown ' s garage business is no more and any originals from that day is all there is . I'm sure there are a niche of fishermen that would covet one in the bag . But , they are not like the beautiful bingo lures . You don't have to like fishing to like a shadowbox of those .

If any of you hoarders start to feel bad about yourselves you just let me know! I could be eye deep in gear and need a 4x4 just to get from the living room to the bathroom and never feel any shame

Henry, I think it would be cool to raffle them off. I was a hoarder too til Brandon came over and cured my problem. I'm starting to hoard again.

I will experiment with airbrushing different types of paint on soft plastic soon and see how it goes. I'd imagine the gold corky is molded with a gold translucent plastic and then of course mixed with all that gold glitter. I keep wanting to get my boss to master cam up a few molds for me so I can start pouring my own custom plastics and jigs.

As far as original corkies still in the package goes , IMO they'd be pretty desirable but I really like to collect stuff like that. They're really rare already and can pretty much guarantee they'll be valuable collectors one day.

As you can see i'm a hoarder , kenny . No pressure to part with a producers glow . I also use the maniac mullet glow , but its a different body style .

Is there a collectors market for old faded , green oxidized nose , original corkys in the bag ? I could donate some for auction or raffle to a wea tournament if so . I don't know if guys would want to buy one just to have an original in the bag . You guys give me some input . Would it be dumb or something cool and interesting to raffle off at a wea tournament ?

I would experiment on clear glitter touts with different colors . I used permanent marker in colors and some art supply pen markers i got from texas art supply . The purple ones i did that way . Some turned out better than others ....those i didn't get a picture of those ....they're in my " to be used " tackle boxes . The chartruese spike it pen tail dip is good for that color .a pink permanent marker makes your mirrolure pink corky more pink and revilalizes the color after usage and it starts to fade . I had one guy say hey your corky is pinker than mine ! We both were using pink glitter . I told him about it . Experiment on soft plastics first like i said . I'm sure someone here knows more about coloring clear corkys .....like the business " customcorkies.com " . I'd like to know what they use to get that gold corky . It's fun to experiment . I would just buy a gold one from them . Brandon could air brush corkies i bet . Don't know if the paint would be different for hard verses soft plastic .
