                help what? you need to call a engineering/surveying company and get a replat of your lot. This will legally divide the original lot into two new lots. New corners will be set and plat will be updated on the gis map. You'll also get a new deed for both lots and address for the new lot and will be able to get city utility services connected on that lot, water meter/sanitary. I don't deal with anyone on that side of town to know who to send you to. Call Tri-Tech Surveying or Arrow Surveying.

                                If you need a surveyor, let me know. Shoot me a PM and I will take care of it for you. I can get you a boundary survey all the way to a replat if you need it.
