    Coe:

You're lucky he didn't ticket ya-he was nice to you. Maybe he saw how red you were and felt that you'll suffer enuf!!

Bokey: You can drink & drive a boat; however, if they have "cause", like an open beer your slamming in front of the GW and have empties laying around, he can BUI you and basically is about same as DWI-lose TDL, fine, probation, community service. Not a good thing. But yes you can D&D in a boat. Passengers can get P.I.s also. Just be sensible and respectful of GW and Leos. Unless you're shirtfaced or doing stupid stuff, they usually don't mess with ya. Empty the empties after each trip also.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. Yeah, empty beer cans on the boat or in the cooler will get them all over you real quick!

Always make sure to cull the empties.
I work just enough to pay for my fishing habit.

Jerry there was no reason for him to ticket me he could have asked me to get off the water but I had all legal documents in my car and if he was going to be a jerk and follow me back to the launch then by all means I was going to slap him in the face with the Title

I had found some stuff on 2cool that said it was OK, but upon some more googling and looking at some govt websites I can't find anything directly saying it's OK. However I can't find any thing about the extension of the law on keeping it in your home w/o CHL to allow you to concealed carry in your vehicle. I know that is OK now, and I'm sure it would talk about carrying in boats too. Saying "Milkjug from FWE said so" probably won't hold up in court so don't take my word for it

Hot showers (yes, hot), dry it well and use some of that blue stuff with aloe and lidocaine and avoid wearing a shirt as long as you can has always worked OK for me. I've had some nasty sunburns in early spring fishing those cloudless days. I peeled off a 6"x8" square of skin off my leg one time. You could look close and see the little holes where hairs poked thorugh.

Dude, and it was in 1 piece too, amost a perfect rectangle. I had been drum fishing for 5 hours in the ship channel. Not a cloud in the sky and I got it bad on my upper leg where the trunks ride up but the sun normally doesn't shine. I keep a bottle of sunblock in the truck at all times now along with the bug spray.
