There will be gig holders on the port side gunnuls during transport. We made certain to leave 10' clear for this purpose. Also, the railing around the corner of the bow was designed to use the corner tubes as vertical gig holders or rod holders when out on the water.

I volunteer my services as a gig holder.
When I grow up I want to be, One of the harvesters of the sea. I think before my days are done, I want to be a fisherman.

Nice job! What are you plans for power to the lights? Have you decided on light source? LED/Halogen Etc.

We will be using LED lights. We're not wanting to run an alternator off of the fan motor if we don't have to. We're looking at a total of 7.5 amp draw for the LEDs. We will have 2 batteries on board. The plan is to switch to 1 battery while floundering, keeping the other battery isolated for starting the outboard when we are ready to move/leave.

Those two words (scary & cool) have been used by many to describe this boat, but I think you may be the first to use them in that particular order. It will be cool for sure, and yes, probably scary with the throttle pushed to it's limit. She'll be flying, that's for sure.

Is that a tilt wheel? Too cool. My car's got a tilt wheel... for more headroom. Guess my boat should too.
