Welded some fender supports to the trailer and installed new fenders, wheels, and tires.

Also added a security device.

My trailer has LED lights on the fenders, facing forward. Any other safety light or trucker christmas tree lighting being considered?

I installed the tail lights on the rear of the fenders after taking these pics. No, I don't plan to add any more lights.

Mounted the battery switch and jack plate relays in a weather proof enclosure:

Added a rear flip-flop seat:

The last of the electrical will be finished this week and then we will start assembling the outboard motor this weekend. I have accumulated over 85 new parts for the outboard including a water pump kit and seals for the lower unit. Some of the bolts needed to be replaced and new thermostats are in hand.
