I think I was an eye witness to the altercation (although I was about 1/2 mile away). I saw a twin engine offshore boat with waders around it on a mid bay reef and what looked like a Flatscat with two people on a drift not too far off.

I remember thinking... "That looks like Kenny's boat, but Kenny wouldn't be drifting a reef this time of year." LOL!

World cat with twin Hondas. Saw them as I drove by, seemed a little odd. They will open the dike soon and not long after, shooting sports get going and some spectator sports to cleanse the bay of the friendly boaters. I am with you on the ready part fo sho!
