I'm glad that all of my hard work paid off! I've probably flagged 98% of his posts as BS.

.....on a side note, it's a little more difficult to navigate around here now.

I have been using VBulletin 4.0 (which is what we now have) for over a month now on another forum and love it! It will take some getting used to and we still have buttons to add to make it more user friendly but we wanted to get the forum up ASAP

i lost some posts and alot of greenies! it is showing us as guests instead of members in huntin forum and a few other forums

I'm sorry I ticked you off earlier today Coe. I realize y'all are workin' hard and you didn't need my criticism in the midst of the corrupted files, etc. I'm sorry about that. One of my personality defects is I don't like change much. I've always been like that. I was just so used to coming here and everything being familiar and like home. Suddenly it's not like that anymore and I got to being a whiney Nancy. It's going to take a lot of getting used to, but I don't want to be anywhere else. Growing pains are never easy. Sounds to me like the old version was getting messed up and this isn't just change for the sake of change.

It is a lot harder to navigate and find things, but I'm sure y'all will work that out. I also cannot log in on the home page. I can only log into the forum. But I can post and I can read posts, and in the end I reckon that's what matters most. Thanks for all the hard work and I'll try to lock up whiney Nancy boy for the duration of the transformation.

It shows pretty much everyone except 38 lucky users that somehow made it without the rest... Basically it is not linking your posts to ones made before yesterday... I have gone back in and edited a few of them but it requires me clicking on each post... We are looking for an easier way it's either that or I get to go through 100,000 posts and punch in the user name for each post

We are about 50% done with the upgrade... There will be buttons added to mirror that of the homepage along with navigation buttons to make browsing forums very streamline, even a chat feature which will show whose in there etc (I hope this will cut down on the long winded posts and back & forth banter, people can just jump into chat and talk. Trust me we will make it very seamless right now everyone is having an issue finding active threads etc, seeing what is where, the frontpage JOOMLA is no longer there so we are aware of that. We started this thread to give Thomas and I some insight on what the users were seeing.

No hard feelings Sandy I had some less than pleasing e-mails this morning and then the stress of trying to get things back working then finding out that we lost 400 members in the process because data files became corrupted, of course Monday is our busiest day I wasn't aware when the change was going to take place it was just whenever Thomas got to it. He has worked all night & day on the template and a project estimated to only take a few hours not looks like a few days!

Hey has anybody firgured out how to change there avatar or access it to add one.Another question it say's i have a new pm but one i click on it nothing happens.I'm not complaining just trying to navigate thur the changes plus it say's i have 398 saved messages but i can't get to them.
