Well Primer I talk to my buddy {Marcus Wilson @ the Rocking W ranch} again today he has several litters that will be born in late sept or early Oct. . Which is perfect for the HLSR.He also talk with me about getting you into the breeding Gilt show which in return you can win scholarships and like notka said get out of school more. LOL Thanks for the help we will be getting from Mr. Marcus and FWE , I think we might have you set up with a barrow also for county show.

To do the CCISD school show you can donate the money and I will get to pick out a pig from the breeder they select. Its all about fairness. "Because one kid could go get a 2000 dollar pig and he's obviously going to win" I can get the pig you are donating and keep it at the barn but I won't be able to show it in ccisd school show, It would be shown in county and I can't remember if she said HSLR.

Ok when is the ISD show? and we will get the pig from who they say,and show you how to feed it out to win i hope,Primer we have plenty of time to be ready for Galveston county those pigs will be born in Nov.,for Houston show they are born in oct. so we will make those shows,Let me know when the isd show is?

Okay, I have a question on this subject. My son raised a steer last year, short version, he was mean ... bad...son is young and skinny. He's in the freezer. So...we are wiser, and need to get another steer or possibly a Heifer. Any suggestions where to get a good cross bread for less than an arm and leg?
