I agree on the diluted bleach solution and then follow up with a Hibicleanse wash poured on the cut and left with a paper towel or clean rag pack. This stuff is GOOD!!! When I sliced the bottom of my foot open on some nasty West Maty oyster and then stood there in the water for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the guys to come pick me back up...I was scared! I poured this on the cut and then placed a drenched paper towel, followed by duct tape. result...absolutely NO infection or stiches needed in a 3" by 1" deep cut to my instep. Also, when my hip doctor did the surgery, I noticed a huge bottle of that on the instrument table. I asked the nurse about it and she said it was the best stuff out there...I believe her.

Well guys it looks like everything is going very well... Doctor expects to remove the stitches next wednesday.... then back to work on july 9th then two weeks before i can wade again........... man i miss fishing
