Its not HORRIBLE but its showing up you have lines along the beaches near tide lines. I didn't see clumps floating out in the water. It was late though yesterday
This morning on my way home from night fishing I czeched the beachfront from the condos to Surfside. The first wade gut was full of weed.
People were fishing pass the wade gut with no problem,.....but I didn't see any fish caught.
Galveston didn't look horrible... I honestly didn't see "rafts" of floating seaweed. I could be wrong I did see it lining the tide line along the beach but not HEAVY or thick...
Oooh, these reports give me hope. It sure is nice to have you guys that live down there or have been there recently to share this information. Thanks again.
