I made the rules when it was still dark at 6AM I don't want to have people starting early and have a huge situation where not everyone was notified in time some didn't give their phone numbers during registration. If we had a mandatory Captains meeting that could be proposed and voted on but that's not the case for us.

You can be on the water before 7AM you just may not wet a line until 7AM

This is not a benefit tournament for anyone or the website. We always are open for donations at our events but this tournament is mainly benefiting the flounder restocking efforts for West Bay.
