I mentioned this last year to a TP&W guy, and said I'd like to see netting samples of West Bay coves and shorelines specifically looking at the number of Lizard Fish. I know they have a Lizard Fish problem in Florida.
I waded a shoreline yesterday afternoon and in about a 100 yard stretch I caught 6 Lizard Fish. They're aggressive little sob's. They hit jigs w/soft plastics obviously , but also hit Corky XL's worked high and pretty fast. If I caught 6 that means there were probably 60+ in that stretch. Has anyone else noticed the influx of Lizard Fish?
