When that Michael Jackson cocktail hits that dr can do whatever, kinda like when the dentist puts you under and your whole mouth is dead.
i pray you have a decent and speedy recovery. That pain is worse than woman hurting.

Yes , Robert , I'm sure yoga/stretching will be beneficial . Thanks for the prayers from you and all the guys .

Yes , John , I wasn't here long before I was also diagnosed with being a pain in the arse . Sedatives and opioids were dispensed to the staff and they left happy .

Good luck Henry, and listen to Silver Wolf. I've been doing yoga five years now, and it's been really good for my bad back. Build your core to support your back.

I made it out alive . I got discharged today at 10am . One week recovery but I have to wear a back brace for 8 weeks and when doing physical labor after that . On the bright side , the improved posture and slimming effect is a plus. HAR!
That clamp was actually loose and moving around . They said that they had never seen that , Swell . The clamp was originally tightly wedged between and crimped to two spiney processes . The tip of one of the spiney processes was broken off above where the clamp was crimped to
it . All that was removed and any gaps filled with a bone filler .
The lack of awareness of the general anesthetic onset is amazing . You are there one moment , then the next thing you are waking up in recovery .

That Michael Jackson stuff is amazing!
Glad to see you made it okay and the recovery improves with no pain.

When in surgery and physicians in general you gotta remember their licenses are given to them to "practice" medicine.
I always remind them when things go well and bad.
