Good luck with the surgery-I'm certain all will be fine. My GF had multiple back and neck surgeries-removing the added hardware always lessened the pain issues, so getting that clamp out is likely a blessing and will make you feel even better once the new grafts take.

Doc I know you'll be fine! My mom went through a whole bunch of stuff like this (like Robalo's gf as well) and literally 3 months later she punched a guy in her front yard Christmas eve for getting a little too touchy with her step daughter!! Robert earl keen "Merry Christmas From the Family" hits a little too close to home these days hahaha 😆 if she can do that it shouldn't take you too long to chunk a corky .

Praying for you Henry. Might want to try yoga. It works for me. My chiropractor told me a long time ago, chiropractors do a tune-up, while yoga does an overhaul. You can go to you tube and try yoga. I started going to the gym and started yoga today again. Lord Bless.
