Alright then...Going to Sams tomorrow night...give me a list of stuff. So far, plastic ware and plates, 6 chickens(is that enough?), and maybe 5# sausage .I wish I had some fresh redfish halfshells but I havent been fishing in like 2 1/2 months...do we want a some jumbo shrimp to grill for Friday night, maybe bacon/jalapeno wrap or something? I'll call you Duane today....maybe Gilbert, if he'll answer that damn phone!

well, the head cook can't be there. and wtf is the meeting for? its a charity cook off, not a sanctioned event.

plus he's doing a bad job of getting the info out. he should be emailing it out to the head cooks instead of posting in a thread I don't check every 5 mins.
