Shoulder problem

I am currently in physical therapy for frozen shoulder as well. Been in "frozen" stage since January. Some develop it with an injury, but in my case... no injury whatsoever. Frustrating. Definitely push yourself thru the stretching exercises and do them frequently. My therapist stretches my shoulder and puts me to tears (...yeah, female here, but I have a high pain tolerance lol). I swear my arm will break.... btw, don't watch Youtube video of surgical breaking of the adhesions.....
I'm good with exercises until it resolves itself (in time)... as long as it doesn't interfere with fishing and hunting

I had that a few years back. A few months of physical therapy and it went away...until I got it in my other shoulder. They told me 25% get it in both shoulders. Very painful. I wish you well.

Yes, and some of it has to do with a certain time in our lives, like it or don't. old saying - "The first half of your life you abuse your body and the last half you spend paying for it!"...

Yes, that's what DR. Schupp told me, when we get this age it just happens. Been hurting for about a month before I went and got it checked. Cant raise my arm past my shoulder, reach behind me or stretch my arm straight out. SUCKS!!!!!

That sciatic nerve problem does suck, got it on right side & arthritis in the left hip, weather changes suck also, this happened back in 99.

Tell me about it bro , same here right side and my right Achilles' tendon blown out in right foot , no insurance but I'm still wading lol

Work related accident, had my pelvis crushed, hey I got to ride in Life Flight.

Same here work related I was coming back from sping and I go T boned on I 45 going around 75 80 mph thank god I was in a big bad 3/4 ton ford it tore my left shoulder up pretty good
