I remember. my therapy, first couple of months was tough until they put me in pool therapy, my therapist was a cute young blonde that hopped in the pool with me, she wore a bikini at work. It was tough going 8 hours a day 5 days a week for 2 years. I can tell you is listen & do what they tell you to do no matter how painful it is, you will get better quicker. Good luck

Had that before, got shots in shoulder to help. Also certain stregth and stretching exercises to loosen shoulder. Hurt almost all of the time and especially when I tried to lift my arm above my shoulder. Took several months to work through it. Had an MRI to make sure no tear in rotor cuff, thank goodness, no tear. And yes, pain was a 9 and more depending on the exercise. Good luck TTM, hang in there! Have to keep it loose, or it could come back...

Shoulder problem
Well, went to the Methodist sports medicine and rehab office yesterday and was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. Never heard of it before but it is when your tissue in the upper arm and shoulder start scarring over. I have very limited movement of my left arm without being on a scale of 1-10 a 9 in pain. Dr. said when I think ive had enough physical therapy theres more therapy. Since Im right handed I can still fish(I think). We will find out next week when I go.Tags: None
