Thank you! I still need to see about coloring corkies. Might have to use plastic dye but I'll figure it out one way or another and then we can make our own customs!

I colored some of these years ago , tried purple on some . Tsunamis and maniac mullet mixed in with Paul's originals .

The white gill indicates fast sink and no rattle .

Airbrush you at least one dark olive green back, silver glitter side, white belly floater in a hard bait. Good luck. Be sure to throw a little red on the throat.

10-4 on the patten Maier, sounds like a good one to me.
I imagine those paddle tail devils would be great, its hard for me to figure why some of Paul's baits didn't stick. I wish I would have been into saltwater back when he was still here selling from his garage.

I would experiment on clear glitter touts with different colors . I used permanent marker in colors and some art supply pen markers i got from texas art supply . The purple ones i did that way . Some turned out better than others ....those i didn't get a picture of those ....they're in my " to be used " tackle boxes . The chartruese spike it pen tail dip is good for that color .a pink permanent marker makes your mirrolure pink corky more pink and revilalizes the color after usage and it starts to fade . I had one guy say hey your corky is pinker than mine ! We both were using pink glitter . I told him about it . Experiment on soft plastics first like i said . I'm sure someone here knows more about coloring clear corkys .....like the business " customcorkies.com " . I'd like to know what they use to get that gold corky . It's fun to experiment . I would just buy a gold one from them . Brandon could air brush corkies i bet . Don't know if the paint would be different for hard verses soft plastic .
