Sandy, You have have that place look'n good.
The fire is a controlled burn at the Brazoria Wildlife Refuge. They drop little fire bombs from a helicopter.

As soon as I get this next batch of rods done, I'm going to make out to the camp.

Finally got it started before noon. Walked my arse up to the store bought some Coke poured it on the terminals charged it, tried jumping before the coke I think the terminals got corroded not sure why? I had to get jumped Saturday morning at 3:50AM too and it was low this AM guess its time for a new battery. I almost didn't make it back from meeting up with Jeremy off 610 Sunday afternoon, something is pulling power on me.

Coe, make sure the alternator is charging properly. Check your ground cable all the way to the block.

I replaced an alternator and 3 batteries before I figured that the cables were bad. (both + and -broken inside the insulation)

                      It's near San Luis Pass.

Sounds like a productive weekend Sandy. The weather was definently nice. I saw that fire Sat. morning too and my buddy and I were wondering what it was.

Great job, I am hoping to get out this weekend, my cookoff team has a cookoff out towards Austin somewhere, hopefully I won't get wrangled into helping out. I'll let you know towards the weekend. Go Saints!!

Hope like heck you can make it Tom. I got the measurements, but there's just no way to pre-cut the soffit as the depth of it changes. Things are a little wonky there.

What I'm truly concerned about is getting more done on the Ghost Camp. I'm really hoping to be finished with it by Thanksgiving. Right now 007 is the only one that knows what's going on there. I hope he can make it this coming weekend. VJER has plans for what to do with the front wall and I've got it prepped and cleaned off on the inside now. That can wait for when he can come out next. I'm so darned happy that things are moving so fast now!
