Tom, sounds like you're in bad shape bro. I'll come get Mike. No need to put you through any pain bro. Mike, I'll pick you up at 3pm. I'd come earlier but I've got the A/C guys coming this afternoon to do a checkup on my system. I scheduled them for 1pm thinking I would leave at 2pm to meet y'all at the ramp. - Sandy

Still have room for 1 more if anyone wants to go. I only carry 22 gallons of fuel so it won't cost very much and I get better than 4 mpg.
I work just enough to pay for my fishing habit.

Looks like the Milkjug and dbarham might be coming out for the Ghost Camp bash party this afternoon/evening.

I'm waitin' on the A/C guys. They just called to say they'll be "A little bit late". I'm headed to the lumber yard. I told them to call me when they get here.

It's 01:33 as I sit here typing this out at BR's. Conditions for gigging are blown out.
But it's all good, nice gulf breeze, good tunes , the sound of game fish
hitting bait on top and 007's snoring. I think I am about to wall Down and toss
                  a speck rig.

Nice Bert, I passed on two that were around 15" water was blown out as you said... Did see a lot of juveniles tucked up close to bank. Had the dogs with me last night so it was challenging gigging and keeping them behind or next to me

Coe, usually when its muddy along the shore I can find clear water in the middle of the pass but not last night. Here is a little advice for everyone. In the pass area, it is important to gig a incoming tide for clarity reasons. though it can be done on a outgoing, the differience can be just one or two fish vs a limit of quality fish YOU CANNOT GIG WHAT YOU CANNOT SEE BUT YOU CAN STILL STEP ON A LANDMINE, ANYTIME. And people think fan boats rape the bays! HA! Its just not so although at times it may seem that way.
The only clear water I saw was water that was 2-4" deep, that was to shallow for my rig!
Next time I will make the Flounder Gods pay in spades!

I just came home to take care of Fat Albert and dump a load of trash. Headed back in a few. Y'all come out if you get a chance. - Sandy
