Glowing water in the bay????

new years eve of 2007

a neon blue phosperous was in the surf on an ankle breakers night. As the waves would break at the shoreline, they would glow a brilliant blue.

It is those little sea snot(that is what I call them). They are jellies without stingers, I throw them at Chip all the time!!

We called those Jelly Bellies when I was little we'd get buckets full and have wars!
