So im out. Took 1600' of rope to get me out, but only took 30' for me to move before my boat started to float. My boat will draft in just inches. I was on plane in literally just 2-3 inches untill i felt my motor kinda bog, so knowing ive been been having problems with my motor i let out of it.....MISTAKE! boat came to a complete stop in about 10'. So after several attempts to get out i had about a 4' deep hole by about 20' wide i couldnt get out. so i waited for my dad to drive to SLP so i could leave for the night, called SEA TOW and Captain Billy came out and yanked me out this morning. I can honestly say the new boat im fixing to buy is gonna have TRP's on it. Oh and REEL TIME, i dont have your new number man! The kicker to yesterday is we had some killer fish in the box and were on fire all day we just needed 2 more fish. Got to my boat this morning and 2 flounder were missing and the beer my buddy had bought!!! Assholes......

I can't believe someone stole your fish and beer! See the silver lining though. It coulda been worse. Prop, electronics, fuel, pfd's, etc. I all coulda been gone.

Then I'd just be posting up for help! Sorry I couldn't get out and help(working nights now but wouldve if we'd all agreed before 4 this morning), I really think enough people and pvc would've gotten him off that bar, but sounds like it all worked out. Now we just need him to post up exactly where!!!! hint hint

So JT was the beer cold and how did ya cook the flounder?

By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. We saw the Sea Tow boat, trailered, heading back to town on 3005 about 2:30pm yesterday.

What a grind! Wonder if Capt. Billy ever has time to fish during the summer. Glad you got your boat and stuff back.
May the fleas of a thousand opossums infest the underarms of the neanderthal that stole your beer and fish.

Why call Sea Tow when there is a TowBoat station in the pass? They would have been there faster.
