  • Sure could use some help this weekend.

Here I am begging for help yet again. Heading out this Saturday and Sunday. Working during the day with fishing under the lights on Sat. Night. So far I'm by myself on Saturday with one person coming to help on Sunday. 24 days to the deadline as of today. If you can run a sawzall and throw things out of a hole in the wall, you're qualified. I can pick you up at the old KOA at SLP. My number is above if any of y'all can make it. Guys, I promise there will be a day when I don't have to ask for help working anymore and it will be enjoyment and relaxation only. It's crunch time. Give me a call 979-215-1755 if you can make it. Many thanks. - Sandy

Now that all the painting is pretty much done at my home I'll have a lot more spare time. From now until next weekend is booked solid with important school stuff and an offshore trip, but I will definently be free to help after that. I feel bad as I haven't lent a hand and the few times I've been to Blockade Runners have been very enjoyable.

I will help Tues or Weds, maybe both.
Hmmm...lets see. I am going to bring a chain saw and a first aid kit.
Yep, that should pretty much take care of it.

The plan is I go Sat/Sun, take Monday off, then go back Tues/Wed. I'll probably take Thursday off and hit it again Fri/Sat, then make another day trip that Sunday, then take Monday off and do the whole thing over again. This will be going on until the day after the July 4th tournament. So anyone who can throw a day of help in, I'll be happy to have y'all fish the lights at night and crash at Blockade Runners. I understand when people come out they want to fish, and I ain't out to stop that guys. I just need people for about 4 hours at a time.

I'll have to get a day off during the week to get out there and help out.

Glen and I will be launching tomorrow at 10am if anyone can make it, give me a call 979-215-1755. That should give y'all some time to get the morning fishing in before we get to work. Thanks, Sandy

I won't be making it tomorrow unless something miraculous happens.

Please if you have the inclination, pray for my camp partner, Glen Mueck. He passed out at work today and was rushed to Memorial Hermann. He is in critical condition and things do not look good. Thank You, Sandy

Zack just called and told me. Hang in there Glen!
I work just enough to pay for my fishing habit.

All I know is what his niece told me. He was at work and he passed out, was rushed to the hospital and is in critical condition. She said they called for them to gather the family. That to me does not sound good.
