    GOD BLESS AND GIG'EM!

I hope I catch a 10 lb trout before I catch a flesh eating bacteria.

Someone might have, but not us!
We were at JB from 5:45 to 8:30 and had maybe 8 blow ups between us. Caught 1 Gafftop and 1 Skipjack. We thought it should have been on, but couldn't get anything to hit. Water was green to the beach, but this high pressure must have turned them off. Didn't see one trout caught.

Thats about the luck I've been having lately. I haven't fished very much this year and when the weather's right I'm always busy, but I haven't caught a single trout over the 15 inch minimum since New Year's Eve. I am looong overdue

I think that the water was TOO GOOD!! We couldn't have asked for any better conditions with bait busting like popcorn every where we went. I think it might have to do with this high pressure system that's over us right now.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!
I work just enough to pay for my fishing habit.

Fished the last 3 days. Had lots of bait and signs of fish. Managed 2-3 fish a day up to 22" . I had to grind those out. I wonder if he fact there is so much bait they have the their bellies full? Also maybe the high pressure has them a little less aggressive. I'll go back to scrathing my head again.

we did pretty good all weekend on the north shoreline... most of our fish were caught early morning from 5am-8am, then turned into a grind the rest of the day..
