Memorial Day % Pot EZ Trout Tournament??
With calm winds predicted throughout the weekend
I was thinking there's going to be so many people on the water and people will be fishing when they can get away or early mornings late in the evenings at night etc...
What if we did a weekend trout tournament? Say starting at midnight Friday to Monday at sunset...
Entry fee would be $5/ person, the largest trout (overall length) and we would be measuring w/ a ruler of course at dock or on the boat on a cooler fish may not be bigger than the ruler on the cooler no well its 30" here plus another 3. NO! That will not work so bring your check stick or tape measure... All that would be required is a picture of your trout alive or dead on the ruler and one with you holding it... You can release if you want or grab the shots just before you clean it!
Fishing would be open in State Waters in East Bay, West Bay, Galveston Bay basically our whole complex.
There would be no weigh-in or anything 1st - 3rd will receive the pot payout. 1. 60% 2. 30% 3. 10% and I'd send you money via PayPal or a check.
How many anglers would be interested in throwing in $5 bucks for a Trout Tournament? Do you have what it takes to catch the winning trout?

guys its under the cost of a pint of shrimp if your in Galveston for the weekend and you'll be fishing you should at least try
