Looked at the surf cams yesterday while at work and all I could do is drool over how green and flat it was. I bet dawn patrol this morning would have produced some fish. I will get out there one day when Im off, which is rare!

LOL, haven't been to the S. Jetty in a while because it was closed off for sand mining for a while. I'm pretty generous about sharing that spot because of all the room for company

I did hear from another forum that they got down there yesterday and caught a few. I haven't seen dump trucks on seawall in a while so it's probably open again. Huzzah!

Nah, the mangroves are dark colored, like a red brick. Looks a lot like a baby cubera snapper and has the teeth to match!
