Slam Tournament Should we include 2 COOL??

I say no, they should not be allowed. Thats just me. I dont have any problem with the people who have migrated over here from 2Cool and frequent both sites, but personally, I dont like that place. But we live ina democracy so a poll should be in place, and to top it off, I wont even be there, so my vote doesnt really count anyways.

I can't deny 2COOL has changed some but they do a lot for the community and I still support them despite me having this website. I don't wish to compete with them or take anything away from them. We are not even on the same level they are. I started this site not as a Forum but as a single place to go on the world wide web for Tides, Weather, Radar, Water Temps, Buoys reports for the area that I fish most (West Bay) the Forum has grown beyond my expectation and the member base is rapidly increasing. I've enjoyed meeting most of yall and can't wait to meet the rest of yall.

I was just waying I, personally, am against posting it on 2Cool, but it is your site and your tournament, I am just offering my opinion. I agree with you 100% Matt but, Coe chose to post it up over there and all I'm doing is backing him up. I'd rather keep it between us too.

I posted it over there knowing most won't see it and most won't come but we probably will get a few more interested folks saying wait a second... a website devoted to West Bay?! We've had a good increase in members and its one reason I go over to the Fishing Reports and say "Nice!" or "WTG" so they see the signature "Fishing West Bay? www.fishwestend.com"

I say BYOB.Drinks,water etc.I(we) have tried the selling thing or "donation" and it just doesnt work.Someone will have to watching or serving the whole time.Sounds like a fun tourney though

We can borrow Tiny's scale and hold the weigh in at Blockade Runners or FWE HQ... Considering we'd get just a small member base here from this board.

Just make it for registered FWE members only. That way they have to migrate over here to get in on the tourney.

I won't be able to make it either. Last time it was discussed it was supposed to be June 14th or something like that, and I was going to do the tournament right before heading the New Orleans. Heck by July 4th I'm supposed to be in NYC.
