I'm working to. I might take a couple of those days off to work on the boat. I hope to have it back on the water by the end of April.
Went to SA one year for spring break. Don't think I'll be doing that again!

I'll be doing the same as Booyah, but I call my place a fishin' camp. My dad's coming in from New Orleans and we'll pass a good time. If you don't like crowds, stay away from SLP. The place is a zoo during Spring Break.

And I wanted to kayak around there some time this break =(

Guess it'll have to wait ......

Unless someone proposes some "not SO crowded" place to go .....a rig maybe???

Gonna take the wife and kids to drown some shrimp. I hate crowds too, but my 2 year old wants "go shishing in daddy's boat"! He and his sister have been practicing in yard with their poles. My 6 year old girl is getting good with her zebco, and casting across the street into the neighbors yard. Might get her some fly lessons from Capt. Steve next year! ; )

A wise old man once told me..."Fresh is for drinking and salt is for fishing". I'm gonna follow his advice on this one too. Much like chasing the elusive spotted sea trout in our coastal waters, the further south along the coastline you go, the better your chance for catching a wall hanger. Same goes for those land locked snapper(SPI).
