There is a boat ramp in Seabrook (El Lago) that no one uses this time of year. Its about 2 blocks from my house in my hood. This would be a good one to learn. Bid enough to practice, no people, no traffic, and close to you.

I was thinking about going super early sunday morning to the ramp and practicing a few times before I head out. My original plan was Saturday night but I am sure there will be a ton of people there because everyone parks at the ramp now to go to Outriggers. Maybe I will bring my paintball gun this time in case there are any people out there looking for a laugh!! I think I would have handled it better if the guys talking crap actually had a boat and were not talking crap while soaking dead bait in 2' of water.

I can't wait tell the FWE backem up contest ,Let me know FP i can also come give you some pointers i have been driving trailers a long time ,from hunting ,fishing ,landscaping ,fifthwheels,bbq pits ,It's just gong to take a bit to get the hang of it.

Don't worry about it. Just take it slow and make a quick adjustment before anyone sees you starting to jack knife.

It will be awkward a couple of times, then you'll gain confidence.....
