  • West Bay Foggy Morning Pic

Here's a picture I took last Friday morning in West Bay while trout fishing. It was a gorgeous morning, foggy and calm. The person in the picture mentioned that he was member of this site but I forgot him name so hopefully he'll see this picture.

Also, I posted played around with the color a bit and posted another photo on my blog. Full-size images are also posted on my blog.

It was nice to me you. I wish I would have taken more pics because the lighting and fog would have made for some nice pics but I didn't want to intrude.

I ended the day early that morning. I caught a couple of reds and few more trout after y'all left but it was pretty slow morning. Someone also ran on plane through where I was fishing and nearly ran me over near the end of my day, which didn't help.

It was nice to visit with you; we did about the same, a few trout and some small Reds. We left their and fished a few reefs over by South Deer, Picked up some more trout but slow overall.

You have a natural eye for photography and videos. I always read your posts to see what else you have come up with. The lighting, fog and conditions you captured in this photo makes for a great, interesting photo with a subject and context that most people can't appreciate what talent it takes. Keep up the great postings.

What camera do you use? It's obviously better than the point & shoot I've got (that I usually forget).

Is that the day I saw you out there? If so I'm sure Dennis would really enjoy that picture, tell him it is way too early to be sitting down. That would be an awesome picture to have framed. Very nice jpchavez.

I'm using a Pentax Optio W20, a 4 year-old point and shoot. I'm really not that talented a taking photos. I just take a bunch while fishing and a few are bound to turn out well.
