We have to defend our titles! I have the plaques from last year which will be displayed at the event. I hope to have at least 2 travel trailers out there rented for the weekend. If your going to be cooking & hanging out all weekend please let me know we need to figure out rentals I want to be way ahead of the game here!

I am bringing in the BBQ expert Travis AKA Salty Chef this year... He was unable to make it last year. He has his own brines & rubs made from scratch some amazing BBQ and always helps to have an executive chef on the team

More the better ,but its going to be hard to get Barham off the brisket and Popfly off the beans. I have been cutting the crap out of wood so i got the pit and wood again.

OOOHHH YEAH ,they will be there ,but what normally happens Coe is we get so into it that we can't never figure out if we should make the same one or a def. one ,so if the same judges come across it they know its us and dont win.What you think?

Way too early to know if I can make it. I'm not useful in any way anyhow, but I'll probably come out for a while. Maybe I'll put myself on garbage detail again. I can't imagine many people volunteering for that.
