    It's a recipe that works good on shark - mainly something like Pecante and you can add some goodies or make it yourself if you want. Hot stuff takes the off-tastes out of fish real good.

    The "Veracruzano" method is to wrap the fillets in aluminum foil over the BBQ, which steams it real nice. Some like the grilled taste. I like it both ways!

      I just half shelled the reds, covered em with Salsa and threw em on the grill......Was very good!
