Not a problem. Don't let that change your offer. If he thinks it has a salvaged title let him think that. Now if the title is stamped salvaged it just might not have hit carfax yet. Start low!!

Could be a flood car, be careful! Check in all of the spots not thought of for debris as in grass, twigs, and even dried mud.

carfax is clean but that does not mean anything. A lot of stuff does not show up on carfax.
