I found Ziegler's in Angleton had the best pricing I could find. Checked Koza's , Make it Personal, and a few in Houston.

I use T-Shirt Works www.tshirtworks.net they are great local company and do our shirts. NewRepublic has done our latest shirt order just trying different things.

There's a place on Stewart road that does that sort of stuff in Galveston. No, I dont know their prices or what you need but it is local. Just a thought.
