  • Blockade Runners Friday Through Monday

This is the Summer's last hurrah. I'll be heading back out Friday afternoon, probably hit the ramp at 7pm. I'll be out there until Monday around noon. VJER is bringing out his daughter and some cousins, so I know we'll be full up for Friday night. Not sure about Saturday and beyond though. I should be able to get on-line each night. If you want to come out, just ask if there's space. One of these days I'll post all the pics. Can't find the dad gum wire I need.

Tom is dropping off what will hopefully be the last batch of panelling on Saturday morning and perhaps we can get the cave done and begin moving things in. Sure will be awesome to have one of the bedrooms finished out.

The mornings, evenings, and nights are awesome. The afternoons are brutally hot. Anyway, if anybody wants to come out, just let me know. - Sandy

        Sandy,

It's nothing like a Winter low tide Mike. I don't think you'll have a problem at all, unless it's in the pass. I've got to assume you have that all GPS'd out. Once you get to the bayou, it's no problem.

Yeah, I'm sure the explorer has a jack plate. Go for the outside of the dock.
Yeah, and all the muchachas they call me big pappa, when I throw pesos their way!

Sandy, I checked out that a/c unit I was telling you about and it turns out it's low on refrigerant. And window units don't have a hook up to recharge them and we don't have any r22. Sorry. I'll get your battery back ASAP.
