cayman islands fishing

Hey everyone I am going to thje cayman islands with one of my buddies on the 26th of july through the 1st of august and I have a couple questions...does anyone have any guides they reccomend using for deepsea or bone and tarpon fishing? (I dont fly fish.) And does anyone know any spots that I can wade fish there without a guide?
