Everyone is all excited about the surf getting ripe and bay fishing heating up. Forecast is SE 5-10 all the way down the page. And I'm stuck at work til Thursday. Come one guys give me a break

Get all your fishing in before thursday because as soon as I get home it's gonna start blowing SW 15-20

I can relate to that! I took vacation last two weeks....16 inches of rain and southwest wind at 20 after that. I get back to work on Friday and surf goes green and flat .....#%!&!!!!! Oh well the honey-do list is a lot shorter.

There are so many Yahoos on the beach where I'm at on SPI that it's worthless to even try to fish, except at dawn and I was hungover from playing with our band all night and drinkin' after that.

Haha, cast a lure and fifteen Valley bambinos go chasing after it, can't win for losing! I caught a Spanish mack and it wrapped up in kid's legs and it's a wonder I didn't foul-hook him!

You're right the bays and beach breaks are turning on fire, finally. Gonna go test my new Mirrolures on Monday or Tuesday, since Monday looks like a booger at work.

I don't know if i'm gonna fish again until next year or not...been tossing it around.

But i'm starting to get that itch i do about this time every year. I need to kill something...and i don't mean a fish...i mean ducks/geese. Been practicing the calling for a couple of hours every day and just getting ready. Come on September 1st...i'm ready to be in Saskatchewan already.
