'm a firm believer in rhythm and the smell of success. Once you get the taste of feeling better you are half way there. I suspect you are beyond that point. Now it's just a matter remembering your thirst and stay with it.

Well, I just got out of the hospital. They took a lymphedema growth from the weight off my leg. I'm down to 470lbs now. I've lost 168lbs now since June 1st. Man o man does it feel good to drop it. Still have a ways to go but theres no quit in me. I hear the TCD opened up while I was in there. I'm going to have to head out there this week. We finish up filming first week in November and show should air early next year. Thought I'd update yall.
