You seem to be one hell of a nice guy and I am totally impressed with your plight and progress. I think what you need is an incentive. A tangable reward for a realistic goal and I have an idea:
I propose that we somehow define a realistic goal for you to reach and as a reward for you reaching this goal, we at FWE all pitch in a few bucks to furnish you with a 1/2 day fishing excurssion with the pimp.
What is a realistic goal? Your average weight plus 20%? Loose 280lbs?

I can't speak for the pimp or anyone else here so let's see how this plays out.
