Wow! This is too funny! Can't we all just get along? Just seems like a lot of wasted time that could be spent doing what we all love most. I think BP has permitted an ultra-deepwater well on it-they said they gotta dig a 5000' hole first, then drill a 15,000' well. Sorry Kenny, you don't own the minerals-ya can't adverse possess state lands; but maybe you can produce a spanish colonial grant on it and then you can claim it, fence it and run cattle-I unnerstan they did run cattle to boats on carancahua reef years ago.
