I have no proof, but it seems it was taken in River Ridge, La. which is the next town over from Harahan, where I grew up. I went to high school in River Ridge. On the East Bank of the river, Jefferson Parish is a pretty nice area, though some parts of Kenner and Metairie can be rough. There was no looting there, and what you see is why.
