Well, its a start! Im not sure what a "containment dome" is, but I hope it works. Its also good to hear that they are planning on giving grant to affected states to aid in the clean up effort. I hope that this leak can be stopped soon and the clean up can get fully underway. No doubt that this will affect the gulf for a long time.
