Thanks for the suggestions.We have replaced the plugs,wires(cheap still suspect),coil ,ignition control module,rotor,rotor cap,throttle position sensor.Even pulled and checked control module twice.The O'Reilley people said it has just enough computer controls to be STUPID.But with 200,000 miles she has a right to be a little cranky.It does have an obdll port.No check engine light on.Were at a loss on what to try.I may carry it to get a mechanic to do a diagnostic check.I really hope it's not the throttle body.After market cost is $900 ,oe is $1300.ugh

Took her to a mechanic close by. He said the throttle body needs to be pulled and the ports cleaned. And the MAP sensor is bad, telling the computer the truck is at a higher altitude than it actually is. Which i'm sure changes the air;fuel mixture causing it to run rich and stink. Also there may be smaller underlying problems but these are the big two.

Yeah, and all the muchachas they call me big pappa, when I throw pesos their way!
