something new for westend anglers

i have something new for the crew at west end anglers, i recently had to have some new decal work done and while i was at it i decided to go ahead and have the west end angler logo made, i sorta had one before but it was a make shift deal now i bit the bullet and did it right$$$$ yes it did cost me, i dont get much support from the board as a rule but that's not an issue at least now if someone wants a rod from billystix i have the westend logo that i can put on the rod for the angler and the rods that i will do for the tourney will look very much better now with these new decals, i will try to get a couple of shots of the decal and let you all take a look, hope you like the new decal, it is much more professional.
what i did on the decals as i took a piece of scrap blank and just laid it on the blank and left the protective cover on so it still looks a little rough, but after it is applied and the finish is applied to the rod it will stand out much better, i think they did a hell of a good job on this decal, i am looking forward to putting it to use.

i also thought it turned out nice, i was up to my neck in having to pay for some other art work at the time, as you might know i have been choosen to be the custom rod builder for the new s.f.a orig. out of lusinna and i had to have decals made for them as well, also signed on for s.c.a. in texas so there was 2 more logos so i said i had been wanting to get a better decal for coe and this was a good time to drop the buck because i had it all going on, so i went ahead and bit the bullet, what i like about this new decal is that when it's in place there is no border or back ground it has been cut out in a professional manner and it truly makes for a nicer decal, and i like things on my rods to be as neat as possible, some say i am a bit picky but what do they know huh.
that's what set's billystix custom rods apart from the assembly line rods.
thanks for your remarks on what i did i truly hope it pays off and i get to use the ones i have, funny how i get these dang new decals and right away i want to put one somewhere
maybe i need to have a free rod give away or even a good ole fashion sale what say ya to that. these are the new decals that i had made while i was doing it, just thought you might like to take a look at them.
i have a lot of c.c.a people who i build for and they want them and like i said i have a texas chapter that i will be working with to furnish fund raiser rods for.
