Heres one the Kost street Mayor shot over there at the KOA camp at the pass,Mayor said it was out there swimming and eating mullet,He killed it with a 22 right in the ear at a thousand yards!

I have plenty of pig traps,Barham don't get me started you no me and the pig thing .I will go nuts on them and bring in the KOST st .Mayor and we will get us some hogs NOW/. Milk jug or someone had a thread a while back asking us how to trap the pigs,was that on the island?

On a completely uninhabited barrier island in Louisiana, which is set off from any other land my perhaps 1/2 mile of water, I was attacked by a wild pig. There was no provocation whatsoever. I was taking a dump and he came after me. I had no option but to run into the water, naked from the waist down. I ran clear out of my shorts. He didn't give up until I was chest deep, then he turned around and paced back and forth on the beach for at least 20 minutes. I went back to the boat pantsless as I wasn't going back into the brush to retrieve my shorts and undies. In retrospect it is comical. At the time it was terrifying. You can call BS on all sorts of things, but I will tell you that these things will attack a human unprovoked.

Nah, my buddy was sleeping in the boat and had a towel over his head. I jumped in and grabbed the towel, swaddled myself in it, and started the motor. He began to protest and I told him to shuddup and pull the anchor. He asked me what was wrong, and I told him, "Dude, if I told you, you wouldn't believe me. Gimme a beer." Nothing was said on the ride back to the camp. I got out of the boat, went inside and put on some clothes. I finally told him what happened and he convinced me to go back with the M1 the next day. I wouldn't even get out of the boat. He went all over the place and never found the pig. I fished the back channel and when he came back, I had my limit of trout (25). Man was he pizzed. That island is mostly gone now thanks to Katrina, Gustav, Ike, and coastal erosion.

Ok im gonna PM willhunt4food tomorrow and see if he can just run the dogs and see what happens but we need a place to go at least 100 acres or so any ideas? 8 mile road area would be the ideal spot???
