Sea Wolf Park in late Nov

When I was a kid, I remember my dad taking me to sea wolf park and guys throwing heavy stringers of flounder over their shoulders. As I got older the fishing pressure became intense with dozens of people wading the same area and people throwing lures past each other. Now that the flounder fishing is catch and release during nov/ early december has it lessened the crowds, or is it still packed with fisherman?

Still packed if we get a window when it's not closed and they're still running.

Anglers still frequent the area to get their rod bent. As Mike said it's catch & release until season reopens.
