But, the pot on the drawings need to be changed. I spent a few seconds going "what the heck is that a skating rink for crawfish."

I think you can add a small vertical line on each side of the rink, I mean circle, so that it will look like a pot.

Just talked to Billy it's 1150$ for the hall rental if we want it? If we do that we need to have a raffle or sell tickets to get in to cover the cost. We can also sell beer there and get the money back that way?????

Mr Crawfish is ready to help us do it, wherever we choose to do it at. He has the trailer rigged out to cook 1000s of pounds if we want it that big he also sells live crawfish.

you would have to presale tickets for an all you can eat crawfish and then sell beer to help offset the cost.
