Idea thread for Crawfish Boil

How about the pavilion at one of the parks around clear lake (League city)?

*DING* *DING* Somewhere off I-45 League City would be a good spot... Anyone know where? We need venues and I need contact numbers if I'm the only one organizing this thing...

CAZ at one time didn't you say your brother played in a band?

Anyone got any bands? Were not rich here (the club I mean) but when we open this up to all friends & family of FWE I want A LOT of people there. We need a band, toilets if they aren't provided etc. We need to charge people for BEER & general admission to eat crawfish... Or do you do a buffet line? Help me out here guys!

There is that park on Nasa Rd1 with the boat ramp. I see people having party's over there all the time. I am pretty sure there is a covered area, and there are bathrooms for sure.

Does it have park benches? I mean can we take over the whole thing and play loud music and have open containers everywhere?!

There are 2 big covered areas and a bunch more scattered benches and a huge grass area. Plus the boat launch is right there. When I googled it there is a phone #281-326-6539. Maybe you have to reserve the covered areas?

Clear Lake Park's open-air, covered pavilion has seating for 250 people at outdoor picnic tables and is available for private events.

We should just do like the asians do and have Karaoke instead of a band. That way we can take lots of videos of everyone looking like idiots and post them up!
